BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Three people facing charges for allegedly dealing drugs out of a Bismarck house used as a day care have been scheduled for trial May 1.

The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/zr082m) that 27-year-old Antonio Anderson, 19-year-old Carli Jo Burghart and 19-year-old Tesa Klesalek all have pleaded not guilty to drug charges. Burghart also has pleaded not guilty to a child neglect charge.

A fourth defendant, Ashley Dwyer, pleaded guilty last month to a drug charge, was given a deferred sentence and fined $350.

Police allege that several children were present in the home when they executed a search warrant last November and found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
