CH2M Hill holds team building workshop

The Flood Diversion Authority is team building, making sure all members commit to the project.

Representatives from CH2M Hill, an engineering and operations company, led a team-building workshop. People from Cass and Clay Counties, Fargo and Moorhead, and the Army Corps of Engineers were there.

Members laid out desired results from the proposed project and shared expectations. Everyone signed an agreement, committing to moving forward

Dan Speicher – CH2M Hill: "It's a large and complex project, therefore there needs to be an understanding and outreach, timeline, design elements, interaction, communication, decision making, governance, you name it."

The Flood Diversion Authority spends up to $500,000 a month working with CH2M Hill.
