The Wednesday event is at the state Capitol building in Bismarck. Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem (STEN'-juhm) says this marks the 15th year for the competition that tests students about personal finance, health and safety, the environment, technology, and consumer rights and responsibilities.

Schools represented in the state finals are Burke Central, Central Cass, Jamestown, Medina, Milnor, New England, Northern Cass and Ray. The winning North Dakota team advances to nationals in Philadelphia later this year.
