(WDAY TV) - 2 Minnesota men will spend years in prison for their roles in the fatal shooting of a man on the Red Lake Indian Reservation.
In a plea deals, 23-year old Donald Leigh Clark, Jr., was sentenced to 10-years in prison on the charge of discharging a firearm. 23-year old Cruze Anthony White will spend 80-months in prison for aiding and abetting.
Both men were indicted last January for a November shooting that injured 2 people, and killed Julian DeMarrais of Redby. Clark and White were captured in last January, after being on the run. They were being held in the Otter Tail County jail.
