(WDAY TV) - No charges have been filed yet after a Crookston woman was killed in a head-on collision on Highway-2.
39-year-old Darcey Jablonski was killed early Friday morning when her vehicle collided with a pick-up stopped and facing the wrong direction in the middle of Highway-2 near Fisher.
Minnesota State Troopers believe alcohol was a factor with the driver of the pickup, 21-year-old Daniel Johnson. Authorities say if he was intoxicated, he could face a number of charges including criminal vehicular homicide.
That carries a sentence of up to 10 years in prison and/or a 20-thousand dollar fine.
