No charges filed in fatal stabbing in Fargo

Investigators tell The Forum newspaper (http://bit.ly/wLCI8T) that they can't prove Billy Oliver was not acting in self-defense.
Police say 28-year-old Tremaine Settles on Sept. 11 went to the apartment where his ex-girlfriend and their two sons were living with Oliver, and that Settles was stabbed during an ensuing fight. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
