Moorhead rape trial pushed back

Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - The trial for a Moorhead man charged with raping a woman is being pushed back a week because he ran out of medication in the Clay County Jail.
28-year-old Jesse Paskey is accused of raping a 22-year-old woman in his home in early September. Jury selection was suppose to start this morning, but his attorney asked for a continuance because Paskey hadn't taken his medication since Friday.
He sufferers from bipolar disorder and depression. The trial is now set to start next Tuesday.
