A high-risk sex offender has moved to Moorhead. Michael Gordon, also known as Payne Gordon, lives in the 700 block of Eighth Street South.
The 27 year-old has a history of sexual contact with 16 year-old girls and soliciting adolescent girls online. He has been convicted in both Cass and Morton counties for corruption of a minor, and for sexual assault in Morton County.The female victims were both 16.
