Minnesota man charged with throwing and hitting toddler

(WDAY TV) - A Waubun, Minnesota man faces assault charges for allegedly throwing and hitting a toddler. 21-year old Travis Parisien is out on bail after making his first court appearance today in Becker County.

(WDAY TV) - A Waubun, Minnesota man faces assault charges for allegedly throwing and hitting a toddler. 21-year old Travis Parisien is out on bail after making his first court appearance today in Becker County.

The mother of the 18-month old told a human services worker Parisien got mad, picked up the child by the hair, threw her onto a bed, and hit her in the face.

Parisien faces 3rd degree assault and malicious punishment of a child charges.
