Indianapolis, Indiana (WDAY TV) -- Power generated in North Dakota will be used in Indianapolis Super Bowl Sunday.
Indianapolis, Indiana (WDAY TV) -- Power generated in North Dakota will be used in Indianapolis Super Bowl Sunday.
Renewable energy credits from wind farms near Langdon and Valley City will offset 15 thousand megawatt hours of electricity. The carbon offsets will be used at the stadium, convention center, a theme park, and four hotels February 5th. Minnkota Power in Grand Forks acquired the credits.
