Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- An unsettling number of drivers is cited for not buckling up in Cass County.
A Click It or Ticket campaign ran from January 13th to the 21st. 76 people were cited for not wearing seat belts. Authorities wrote 24 tickets for speeding, vehicle registration, and texting while driving. They issued 67 warnings.
