A Hawley woman and former teacher in Hebron, North Dakota faces charges, accused of having sex with one of her students. Twenty-five year-old Jennifer Schultz is charged with two counts of sexual assault, one count of corruption of a minor, and another count of delivery of alcohol to a minor. She was released by school shortly after allegation and moved to Hawley, Minnesota.

Morton County Sheriff Dave Shipman says Schultz allowed four boys into her home in late October. Shipman says Schultz allegedly had sex with one of the boys while a second told her no. She provided them all with alcohol.

During the investigation Schultz refused to speak to authorities.

Schultz was officially charged Tuesday and made her initial appearance in court today. She posted a $5,000 bond. A preliminary hearing will be next. A date has not been set. Shipman says he understands it was her first teaching job.
