A Fargo man is facing a handful of charges after firing shots during a dispute. Troy Costner was arrested on suspicion of terrorizing, carrying a concealed weapon and resisting arrest.
Police say around 8:15 last night Costner approached two women in the 3300 block of 17th avenue south. During an argument the women say he threatened to kill them, and fired a revolver twice into the sky. Costner fled on foot and threw the weapon on top of a garage.
