The slick roads kept the North Dakota Highway Patrol busy throughout the day. Earlier this afternoon, troopers responded to a three vehicle accident at exit 351 off I-94 near University Drive. Investigators say a white car spun out of control and was stalled in the middle of the roadway. That's when it was rear-ended by a blue car. The impact pushed the white car into a second white car. The accident left two people with minor injuries.

Trooper Kristjan Helgoe – ND Highway Patrol: “So you just need to slow down your speeds, be prepared where you're going, take your time and be prepared to take extra longer than it normally takes.”

Troopers responded to 12 crashes today. There were also several vehicles that ended up in ditches.
