High risk sex offender moving to Valley City

A high risk sex offender is moving to Valley City. 27 year-old Tyler Delmore will be living at 135 2nd Street Southeast. He has two gross sexual imposition convictions.
In 2005, Delmore was sentenced to five years in prison for raping a 14 year old girl. He was 19 at the time. In 1999, Delmore was given probation for having sex with a 12 year old. He was 14. Delmore is a lifetime registrant.
