F-M Convention and Visitors Bureau earns accreditation

DMAI helps to set standards for chambers of commerce, higher education and other organizations. F-M officials say this accreditation shows they offer quality customer service and practice effective marketing and networking strategies among other things.
The F-M bureau is the first one in the tri-state area to receive this honor. The process took a year and a half.
