Suspect in Fargo-Moorhead robbery sentenced

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The last of three men charged in an armed robbery last February of a Fargo-Moorhead convenience store has been sentenced.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The last of three men charged in an armed robbery last February of a Fargo-Moorhead convenience store has been sentenced.

The Forum newspaper reports (http://bit.ly/zlHqI6 ) that 24-year-old Anthony Collier of Chicago was sentenced to five years and eight months in prison. He'll get credit for about eight months he's already served. Collier and the two other defendants also must pay $4,025 in restitution.

Collier was convicted last August on aggravated robbery charges in the holdup at the Moorhead, Minn., Stop-N-Go.

His brother, 19-year-old Antione Collier of Moorhead, was sentenced earlier to four years and 10 months in prison. Twenty-one-year-old James Taylor of Fargo, N.D., was sentenced last week to five years and seven months. Both also got credit for time served.
