It's nearing make or break time for Doug Peters and his quest to bring Division 1 hockey to MSU Moorhead. The Dragons AD has been the spearhead behind the project since April of 2009, but knows time is running short to make this happen.
Since the outset, Peters has wanted to get MSUM into the WCHA, but here's what the conference will look like in 2013, with only 2 schools in Minnesota, 4 in Michigan and 2 in Alaska, Peters told me the WCHA is still his top destination.
