GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A Langdon man is accused of handcuffing his mother and threatening to hit her with a hammer.

The Grand Forks Herald reports (http://bit.ly/wg2B29 ) that 26-year-old Justin Wayne Ridley faces charges of felonious restraint and terrorizing.

Court documents say Ridley handcuffed his mother at her home in Langdon, "so she wouldn't go anywhere."
