Locked-out worker accused of vandalizing replacement worker's car

Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A locked-out American Crystal Sugar worker is facing charges, accused of scratching a replacement worker's car. 40-year-old Bradley Knapper from Moorhead is accused of vandalizing the vehicle on December 20th.

Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A locked-out American Crystal Sugar worker is facing charges, accused of scratching a replacement worker's car.

40-year-old Bradley Knapper from Moorhead is accused of vandalizing the vehicle on December 20th. According to the criminal complaint, four replacement workers were leaving the plant in the car when they saw Knapper approach the vehicle.

The driver found a deep scratch on the driver's side, with damage estimated at more than $1-thousand dollars. The passengers in the backseat of the care apparently took video of Knapper approaching the vehicle. He'll be in court next month.
