City of Moorhead unveils variety of projects for 2012

Moorhead City Engineers are unveiling plans for a wide array of projects in 2012. There are 12 projects totaling $23 million. Projects include reopening the ramps connecting Highway 52 and I-94 in moorhead. The city will add a roundabout to 50th avenue south and Highway 75. Funding for the projects will come from a variety of federal, state and local sources.
Bob Zimmerman – Moorhead City Engineer: “Which is a significant portion of what we've laid out for the next five years. This is going to be a busy year, a lot of major, high impact projects to the community. We're looking forward to get started.”
The Council will decide whether to approve the projects at Monday's meeting.
