New developments in the arson case against Tara Andvik of Barnesville. This afternoon, Andvik entered a plea of not-guilty to allegations she set several fires at her rural Clay County home. She asked the judge to allow her overnight visits with her husband and children. She has been living with her parents.

The county attorney's office opposed the request, saying it would be hazardous to the children. Prosecutors say Andvik's bizarre behavior has continued following treatment, and they allege she has been contacting witnesses.

Steve Mottinger – Andvik’s Attorney: “That is the first I heard of it, it is something we will look at.”

A trial date has been set for May 8th.
