Hockey fans are finding their way to Ralph Engelstad Arena tonight, for what seems like the beginning of the end. The final UND-Minnesota series in Grand Forks as conference rivals. It just doesn't sound right.
17th ranked North Dakota has been surging up the standings of late, going 8-1-1 through the last 10 games, but they still trail the first place Gophers by 8 points. But all the numbers and rankings will be set aside once the players hit the ice.
