Man wanted in connection with Moorhead shoot-out arrested at his mom's house in Texas

Geraldo Torres plans to change plea to guilty to first and second degree murder, assault and other felonies.
Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - The man wanted in connection with a shoot-out at a Moorhead trailer park is in the Clay County jail tonight.
23-year-old Geraldo Torres was arrested at his mom's house in Lubbock, Texas in December. He was wanted on 1st degree pre-meditated murder charges and attempted assault.
Torres is accused of firing a handgun 4 times at the driver of another vehicle after a road rage incident. Police did arrest Torres' girlfriend that night. Investigators say she helped him to escape.
