"Click or ticket" campaign starts again

Cass County (WDAY TV) -- A warning from authorities in Cass County, anyone who doesn't like to buckle up better think twice.

Another "click it or ticket" campaign starts Friday and runs through Saturday the 21st. Statistics show North Dakota is behind the national average of 85 percent of people wearing seat belts. The state is at about 77 percent.

In 2010, 7 out of 10 people killed in an accident were not wearing a seat belt.
