Man wanted for Robbing Fargo Bank Creates Scary Scene

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A scary scene unfolds, leading to the arrest of a man wanted for robbing three banks, including one in Fargo, the past week.
43 year old William St. John tried to steal a car in Bloomington. An off-duty officer saw this. St. John then ran to a bar where he threatened that officer and others with a gun.
He fled again into three homes, threatening people inside, then took someone hostage. That hostage and two others tackled the suspect.
U-S marshals missed arresting St. John three times the past two days by only minutes.
