Clay County authorities average one arrest per day during a recent DWI crackdown

Clay County (WDAY TV) -- 16 people were arrested for DWI.

The statewide enforcement effort went from December 1st through the 17th. Officers stopped 283 drivers and gave out citations for many driving offenses. About 400 agencies took part.
