Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The trial for the man accused in a shooting outside the West Acres movie theater this summer is being pushed back.
45-year-old Felipe Estrada is charged with attempted murder for allegedly firing a gun at his ex-girlfriend and Juan Garza, who was shot twice.
Estrada's trial was set to start January 24th, but has been pushed back to March 13th because he still needs to be evaluated at the state mental hospital.
