Welcome to Frisco, Texas and FC Dallas Stadium, the home of the 2012 national championship. It's been a long road for NDSU to get back to this game. It's been 21 years to be exact, and for the school president, who launched his career in the longhorn state, this is a fun trip home.
Dean Bresciani – NDSU President: “All Texas has been paying attention to this, both the Texas team, but colleagues down in Texas are following the success of NDSU and the athletic program, they're having great fun with this. Is the traitor coming home, or is he coming back the victorious president of NDSU ? What this notoriety has done, is have my colleagues in Texas have the same experience as I did. I had one thing trigger my interest in NDSU, and the more I checked into it, the more I was impressed I became. That's exactly what's happening for them.

The end zones are now painted, as this football field in Frisco is finally taking shape. Come Saturday thousands of Bison fans will have these seats to watch their football team try and win it all. But a football game isn't the only thing Frisco has to offer.
Men's Journal just voted Frisco as the #1 place to raise an athlete. With a pro soccer team, minor league hockey, baseball and basketball programs, you can see why. Just 20 years ago, the population of Frisco was about 6,500 people. Now it stands at 124,000. The area surrounding the stadium has a wide array of shops for the entire area.
