Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- We're a week away from the FCS Championship Game in Frisco and as both teams get back into the regular routine of practice, NDSU is grateful for the three weeks off.

The Bison were a hurting bunch after the win over Georgia Southern as the flu rampaged it way thru the team...but now two weeks after the win over the Eagles, NDSU is ready for this last hurdle.

Brock Jensen (NDSU Sophomore Quarterback) says, “I think it's a positive get a few guys back that were banged up, guys had a few injuries, rest up guys see their families, rejuvenated bunch of guys and ready to get this last push”

D.J. McNorton (NDSU Senior Running Back) says, “Get a lot of guys rested get a lot of people quality reps, get a chance to rest and recover, just focus as best as you can so you can come up with a good game plan.”

And we're gearing up as well, our coverage begins Wednesday from Frisco, we'll be there when the teams arrive, stories at 5, 6 and 10 and on the web at WDAY.com
