Red River Zoo takes extends hours to take advantage of warm winter

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The Red River Zoo is seeing an unexpected increase in revenue thanks to the warm weather. The Zoo is extending it's hours.
It's open every day this week. Normally, it's only open on weekends in the winter. Zoo staff want to take advantage of the warm winter and let visitors see animals at their most active TIME.
ANNA MILLER - Red River Zoo: "We've got more people coming through enjoying the nice weather, we've got families who are like the kids really miss the animals and they want to come and see them. so it's really nice everybody can come out.”
The zoo's open every day this week, ten to five.
