Hundreds of homeowners in Minot are spending this Christmas not in their homes, but in FEMA trailers. It's hard to believe, repairs are still being made in the middle of winter, six months after the record flood devastated the Magic City. Photojournalist Gaylen Ness with this touching tribute.
