Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Mr and Mrs Claus are caught before delivering early Christmas gifts in Fargo.

Well not Santa Claus, but Police Captain Pat Claus and his wife, Officer Kim Claus. Every year, the couple delivers hundreds of toys, gift cards and candy to children. This is the 11th year of their Random Acts of Christmas Cheer. The Claus' load up gifts in a 1967 vintage police car before they head out to look for houses with signs of kids inside.

Capt. Pat Claus of the Fargo Police says, “I like to think its genetic, I like to think somewhere in that name there is a little bit of Christmas magic, but I also like to think that if my last name were something else id still be doing this.”

Fargo Police, Wal-Mart and Cass County Sheriff's Department donate those presents.
