Historic Lisbon Theater up for sale

A historic Lisbon landmark is up for sale. Al and Betty Michels have owned the Scenic Theater for the past ten years, but now they want to spend more time with their family, specifically they're 13 grandchildren. They're not willing to sell to just anyone though. The Michels spent $50,000 refurbishing the theater and consider this building a labor of love.

Al Michels – Scenic Theater Owner: “Very important, we put our heart and soul into it and the only reason we really want to get out of it is to have more time with our families with that many grandkids.”

The Scenic Theater opened 100 years ago. The Michels say it's the oldest running film theater in the country.
