Absconded Sex Offender Update

Peter Michael Urton, a level one (low risk) sex offender, who had absconded, has been arrested in Fargo, North Dakota.

    The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that Peter Michael Urton of Fargo, has failed to maintain his registration in accordance with state law and is currently wanted for failure to register, a C felony.

The Fargo Police Department would like to update the public on a sex offender who had absconded:

Peter Michael Urton, a level one (low risk) sex offender, who had absconded, has been arrested in Fargo, North Dakota. Urton was convicted of Corruption/solicitation of a Minor on March 1, 2002, in Cass County District Court, North Dakota. His victim was a 16 year old female acquaintance. He is required to register until 3/1/17.
