Twenty-two-year-old Michael Pope is accused of shooting 21-year-old Darren Obrigewitch outside a mobile home after an alcohol-fueled altercation on Friday night. Pope's attorney says his client will plead not guilty.
Stark County State's Attorney Tom Henning tells The Dickinson Press (http://bit.ly/srwSPf) that Obrigewitch was shot at least twice in the chest with a handgun and is hospitalized in stable condition in Bismarck.
