A new nut-free, gluten-free snack is hitting store shelves. Nots are created in this commercial kitchen at Fergus Falls' Pioneer Care Facility. The Twin Cities based businessman who started the company, Rob Fuglie, created this sunflower snack for people with allergies. They taste similar to sunflower seeds, yet have a crunchy texture like peanuts. City officials say this under-utilized kitchen is the perfect place to grow a business.

Harold Stanislawski – Fergus Falls Economic Improvement: “Our goal here in Fergus Falls is let's help Rob along and see if we can’t create a food industry here based on his products.:

Once the company creates its UPC code Nots will be available at area grocery stores.
