23 Minors Arrested in Horace House Party

HORACE, N.D. – Twenty-three individuals were arrested for minor in pos-session and transported to the Cass County Correctional Center at a loud party in Horace late Friday night.

HORACE, N.D. – Twenty-three individuals were arrested for minor in pos-session and transported to the Cass County Correctional Center at a loud party in Horace late Friday night.

Cass County Deputies responded to a complaint of a loud party at 225 Chestnut Drive, Horace, at about 12:30 a.m.

The resident refused to open the door, according to a press release from the Cass County Sheriff’s Department, but five individuals were apprehended outside.

A search warrant was obtained and officers en-tered the home making the 23 arrests; four juveniles were also cited and re-leased to their parents.
