Charges dropped against Pyromaniacs owner

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - Clay County prosecutors have dropped a synthetic pot charge against Pyromaniacs Smoke Shop owner Yassin Wazwaz.

    According to the terms of the deal, three of the four charges against Wazwaz were dismissed. The fourth will be dismissed after he completes a year of probation in which he cannot sell any synthetic pot.

Clay County prosecutors have dropped a synthetic pot charge against Pyromaniacs Smoke Shop owner Yassin Wazwaz.

According to the terms of the deal, three of the four charges against Wazwaz were dismissed. The fourth will be dismissed after he completes a year of probation in which he cannot sell any synthetic pot.

Wazwaz will also receive half of the $5,000 seized by police in a July raid back as part of the agreement. Both sides agreed the resolution was unusual for a criminal case.
