Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo surgeon could lose his medical license after accusations of him drugging and raping a woman. The state board of medical examiners is seeking to suspend Jon Norberg's license indefinitely.
A judge heard the request on Tuesday, and will soon issue a recommendation before the board acts on a final decision. Norberg could face up to life in prison if convicted of gross sexual imposition.
He's accused of drugging a woman with propofol and then raping her.
