Moorhead fugitive arrested in Texas

23 year-old Geraldo Torres was captured at his mom's house in Lubbock, Texas.
US Marshals have finally arrested a man wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting in the Regal Estates mobile home park in Moorhead in May.
23 year-old Geraldo Torres was captured at his mom's house in Lubbock, Texas. He's wanted on 1st degree pre-meditated murder charges and attempted assault. The shooting happened last May.
Torres is accused of firing a handgun 4 times at the driver of another vehicle after a road rage incident. Torres' girlfiend was arrested that night. Police say she helped Torres escape.
