Bison playoff games pushing FargoDome into the black

Another Bison playoff game means good news for the FargoDome. As the Dome wraps up the books for the year, another playoff game means ending the year in the black. An army of Bison fans, popcorn sales, parking and more will propel the Dome into celebrating a successful 2011. While NSDU benefits from the ticket sales, the Dome comes out a financial winner as well during a long running home playoff schedule.

Rob Sobolike – FargoDome: “We budget for 6 home games getting 3 more home playoff games is a huge benefit to the bottom line of the FargoDome.”

Sobolik says despite no incidents during the recent playoffs, the dome still hired extra security for Saturday's game.
