What a difference a year makes. The Twin Cities was hit by a winter storm that dumped 16 point 3 inches of snow. Around here, we can't even find a flake of snow this year. The dog park at Lincoln Park in Grand Forks was packed with people running around with their dogs. Visitors plan to still be out when it gets colder, but they don't want to let a warm December day go to waste.

Rick: "The past week or so there's like 2-3 people out here and not here too long, usually stay for an hour. It's a nice day so we figured we'd come out and take advantage of it. Not too many of these days left."
