HEBRON, N.D. (AP) — The driver of a work truck suffered minor injuries in a collision with a freight train in southwest North Dakota.

The Highway Patrol says 59-year-old Russell Heinle (HYN'-lee) of Hebron was treated at a Bismarck hospital and released after the crash Tuesday afternoon about two miles west of Hebron.

Authorities say Heinle failed to yield to the BNSF Railway train, and his truck overturned after being struck on the right rear side. The train had minor damage.
