Prosecutors in Richland County have charged a Minnesota man with luring a minor by computer after engaging in sexual communications with a girl he thought was 14. Court documents show 64 year-old Glenn Martin of New Brighton exposed himself and sent sexual messages in a chat room with the Wahpeton police officer posing as a 14 year old girl. The online chats took place between April and November.
