NDSU's "Thundar" raised the most money; almost $1,500.
The Kernel, Scorch, and Thundar are battling off the field to see who can raise the most money for the Salvation Army. The mascots from NDSU, MSUM, and Concordia are ringing bells in front of Scheels in Fargo. Each has its own red kettle for fans to drop donations into. The mascots pose for pictures, give high fives to supporters, and show their school spirit. The winner will be announced Monday.
