BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm has revoked the license of a Grand Forks agent accused of misusing client money.
Lisa Johnston allegedly used about $20,000 in client money to pay personal bills, beginning in October 2010.
Hamm says Johnston forfeited her right to a hearing by failing to respond to his department's complaint. A telephone listing for her in Grand Forks could not immediately be found.
