Thief River Falls, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Thief River Falls Police are investigating a rash of car break-ins.
In the last 2 months, officers say nearly 45 cars have been broken into. So far, 3 people have been charged, but police say there are likely more people connected to the large number of crimes.
