BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Four people face charges in a case that Bismarck police say involves the selling of drugs out of a home used as a day care.

The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/w1QjB1 ) that all four people face drug charges, and the woman who ran the day care also is charged with child neglect. The one male and three female suspects range in age from 18 to 27.

Burleigh County Social Services officials say the day care was not licensed. That is legal as long as the operator is not caring for more than five children, but unlicensed facilities are not monitored. Police officers say they found marijuana and drug paraphernalia including a scale used in the packaging of the drug.
