A Texas woman will spend 5 years in prison for a crash that killed her passenger in September in North Fargo. 32-year old Mary Ann Burns entered an Alford plea to negligent homicide today. She's not admitting guilt, but says there's enough evidence for a conviction. Burns was driving a pickup that crashed into the North Dakota Air Guard base, after missing a dead-end, launching into the air, and crashing into a fence. 55-year old Harold Pinkney was killed. The state's attorney's office says Burns took responsibility, and will undergo treatment.
